Cara Ford-Graham

Cara began dancing at the age of three, and has trained extensively in the styles of Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Musical Theater. While growing up, Cara was regionally and nationally recognized for her dancing. She also learned the true value of teamwork and leadership under the guidance of her mom, Ms. LaDonna.
Cara has attended the NYC All Star Dance Experience. She was recognized on her school dance team as an NDA All-American dancer and served as captain. Cara furthered her dance education at the Dance Teacher Web Conference in Las Vegas. She is working on her Progressive Ballet Technique certification.
She began teaching and choreographing at the age of 15 and fell in love with the creative process. Since then, her choreography has been recognized on both a regional and national level.
Cara graduated from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. When she is not at dance, she teaches kindergarten in Van Buren. She loves spending time with her husband and their dog, Zoey.
